Apps from where to start android app development?

hey guys. I'm from india and i want to learn android. I don't know anything about android language so i would like to learn it from the scratch.
i just know that it is based on java language.
i actually know basic things about java. but i would not have any problem in re-preparing any topic.

so guide me from the scratch. tell me each and everything that i should learn before developing my first app. I wanna learn it soon as i will be appearing for interview soon.

Also, Stack Overflow is a great site to find answers to most of your programming questions.
