As luck would have it, unfortunately we do not have a designated area to discuss and support your particular ZTE.
If there is a way that you might reset your phone such as a link when you are shutting it down or by removing it's battery (if possible) that will likely solve your front facing camera problem. Often a simple hard reset of a phone will correct such nagging problems. If that does not fix your problem, you should ask for help in our general phone discussion area found here: http://androidforums.com/forums/other-phones.57/
