Help Froyo 2.2

I just wondering if i could install the new update of android 2.2 and how to do it without break the whole system of my sansumg galaxy 3.
Has anyone tried? it it worth?

Hi i have a samsung galaxy apollo and FroYo is really cool:
1 Flash Player on browsers,
2 Live wallpapers works better,,
(you can install live wallpapers also on eclair but on FroYo they work better)
3 Colorful Menu Interface.

FroYo is really cool but,

The Tutorial is very easy but don't make any mistake!!!!

Could somebody confirm that this phone does support flash content (Adobe Flash player)?
It has a Samsung S5P6422 667 MHz CPU and I am not sure if this is enough for flash.
