well let me just tell you all. i got mez in november, constant freeze ups, phone #'s disappearing, icons going invisible. i complained and talked to tech support 6 times and did factory reset 4 times. resets did not help. got froyo 2.2 update. ok phone works better but now wont connect to laptop windows 7. had it!! asked for replacement phone. got it in 1 day, great. new phone already updated with 2.2. then found out this counts as my 1st replacement out of the 3 i get free. why? not my fault phone had issues. now wait it gets worse. got new phone, wont connect to my laptop. finally connected but willl only connect as modem and not as mass storage? call tech they are working on it. dont know why it wont connect as mass and yes i selected ask on connection. tech will contact me when they uscc figures out. now the good stuff. i'm missing phone calls now. come to find out samsung knows this and they sent out defective phones as replacement phones for software issues and yes i got 1 of the phones that misses phone calls. call uscc tech, have to wait 1-3 weeks before samsung will have a fix. what 1-3 weeks. temp solution, "get an old phone and activate untill fix comes out or deal with it". have a greatttttt day
