Help Froyo not wanting to fully update picture

On my HTC Aria, I just changed my Contact Card picture and my Facebook picture, but my phone still wants to display the old picture everywhere except when I edit my Card and when I view Facebook. I've tried choosing to display the FB picture and re-applying the new picture, both to no extent. Anyone have any ideas/advice?

I've consistently had the same problem with no luck in a fix. Maybe it will change over time but I always give up and have it use the original picture.
