Saw someone posted this over in the Vibrant thread but didn't see it here so thought I would add it.

How To Get Froyo 2.2 over Kies or ODIN
Ive installed this and been testing it all day and its very stable for me, probably the most stable firmware Ive tried recently.
I did have a few issues getting certain apps to download from the Market and also I have had exchange and messaging issues but they all seem to be working again now after various different fixes.
Also some people have been mentioning bricking their handsets with this flash so obviously be as careful as you can if you decide to take the plunge. Ive also read several other rumors suggesting an even more stable version will be released in the next few days.
Oh and I definitely recommend installing the One Click Lag Fix by RyanZA which can be found on the Market.
