Help Froyo T-Mobile Update?

Hi,

I have a samsung galaxy s on T-Mobile in the UK. (Contract).

I read somewhere that the update is only for Pay-As-You-Go and not contract phones?

Is this true?

Also, Will this fix the "Text being sent to wrong person bug"??!! I sure hope so!

No, this is not true. T-M have promised that the Froyo update will make it out by the end of November (i.e. tomorrow). Whether that will happen or not is however debatable.

I'm on O2 and I received it mid-november.

Just download Kies from the Samsung website, connect your phone and see if an update notification appears.

I tried today and it says No Firmware Upgrade Available.

T Mobile was supposed to be December last time I heard. So frustrating. It's bad enough trying to connect to kies in the first place!!
