Help Froyo which is best

I am currently using JPM but see there is now JPO and JPA. is it worth changing to either of these? If so which one is best.

I prefer jpo, but as far as I can tell there's practically no difference.

i used to have jpm but only for a couple of days, i was unhappy. now i'm on jpo with z4root and voodoo lagfix. i'm more than satisfied now. my galaxy runs smoother now.
