Frozen bluphone Life View

HI i am new here so I hope I am doing this correctly. I have a bluphone Life view and while playing Pet Rescue it froze. I cant turn it off or do anything. I took out the SIM card and that had no effect. It has been that way for four hours. Any ideas will be appreciated.
 
Hello and welcome to the forums. To shut off the device hold down the power button for about 15sec or till the screen turns black or pull the battery this will turn off instantly
 
Thank you BratnZ2013 for your help. It shut down when the battery ran out. Now it seems to be working fine again.
 
The reason this happens cause you played the game hard .cache filled up . this is known to happen and happens to me a lot . just pull battery and play on. I know we all want to play with the proper game data without starting over. But sometimes a device needs a factory data reset . yes a cleaning to get rid of all data . this will fix somewhat a little bit of this problem. Unused apps is the other you running out of space.
 
Thanks. On the space problem in internal storage when I uninstall APS it does not give me back the space only part of it. Can I download APS to phone storage.
 
Yes we all do its a lot of apps that work fine from a SD card . NO SYSTEM APP WILL WORK FROM SD CARD. Are you rooted
 
Try installing the all-in-one toolbox app from play store, and running the cache cleaner before you start playing the game.
