Help Frozen downloads of app updates

Earlier today, I had an app auto-update successfully.

Now, I have one that has been showing 0% progress in the download for over 30 minutes.

Ideas?

It's a one week old Galaxy S4 mini on Android 4.2.2. Verizon.
