How's it going? I received a notification late last night that said a new update was a available so I had it installed. While rebooting my phone froze on the white ZTE Xmax screen and I thought it was strange so I tried to turn it off but every time I turn it off it instantly turns back on onto the same screen. I've searched for existing answers here and even called the customer service but nothing is working. I even did a hard reset/ factory reset I think? I'm not one to do extras with a phone and some of this lingo just confuses me so any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
Edit: Never mind solved it. Bought a new phone, probably never buying ZTE again though.
