frozen phone

[Android Question]

phone appeared to freeze during recent android software upload - then switched itself on and off repeatedly, removed battery and reset now does not recognise charger and charges but continues to say charging when charger unplugged, changed battery - same??

Phone is only 5 months old (from new)

Try to reset your phone to factory, but remember to backup your data before that.
