HI,
Could someone help me out plz. my thunderbolt power button stopped working last week i was sent a replacement phone. it has only been 4 days since i received the replacement now the screen wont work and the phone gets very hot. it takes about 30 minutes for it to boot (im really not exaggerating) and when it finally does I cant slide the screen down to unlock it i still receive calls and messages but i cant answer any of them. Is there a way i can reset the screen or something to get it working i need to get my things off. any advice would be greatly appreciated. I cant access it to do a backup assist. what can i do?

I don't have anything very hopeful to tell you. The symptoms you describe are not normal and doubtful can be cleared with a simple reset. I fear there is a serious hardware failure.

Perhaps someone in HTC Thunderbolt - Android Forums will have something more optimistic to say about your situation.
