frozen screen

I have an LG Motion phone that's not even a year old. I use it mostly for all wifi purposes however the screen has been frozen now over 24 hrs all but an hour. I've tried pulling the battery it doesn't help. I have no money and so much invested in the phone that I'm at risk of loosing what do I do to fix it?

Is it frozen at the boot logo? Or is it just freezing randomly while using the device?
