My Android tablet will turn off and on but won't make it past the "Android" screen, is there anything I can do without re-setting it and loosing all my info?

There are a few things you can probably try but it does depend on the make and model of your tablet. I suggest you register on the forums and post your question in the forum for your device with as much info about it as possible.
You may be able to boot into safe mode or into recovery mode but how to do that does depend on your device.
