Recently bought Revvl and the previous owner factory reset it and now I'm unable to get past the frp. previous owner had also completely disappeared and wont answer calls or texts. Please help

Frp bypass

You probably mean that it was hard reset. If it was factory reset done from within the phone, frp would not have been tripped. If frp was tripped then there is not much you can do at this point. Make this one a lesson learned. There are some software out there that claim to be able to bypass FRP, but I think most are scams..... so be careful.
Plus unfortunately, discussing how to bypass FRP is frowned upon here in AF.
This is why I always preach when buying a used phone, that you meet the person in the flesh. and do it at a carrier store so that if there are any issues, the carrier can fix it right away.
