Help frp lock

hello guys, i just bought a new samsung galaxy edge+ and when i restarted it, it brought for me custorm binary frp lock issue, any one one with some solution pliz help
 
Sounds like someone tried rooting device,probably with Kingroot, and did not disable FRP in Settings -Security.

Only way I know to try to fix it, is to reflash the stock firmware.
If you bought the device new and was in this state when you took it out of the box, I would return it to the place you purchased it.
