Incorrect bootloader or firmware version.

where are you getting your firmware updates from?

you can try https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ for firmware . it will have instructions on how to flash the firmware.

or

you can try this:

you will still need to use odin to flash the firmware.

on some phones you should have an option to forget password....other then that you will need to log in online somehow.
