If anyone knows hiw to get to the boot menu on a acer media all in one that has a touchscreen which is unresponsive and no access to settings please do tell ive been trying for months

Try a conventional PC keyboard and mouse in the USB ports, that should work.

i dont have one and i cant even use my android phone as one cause you have to install the drivers on the other device

You'll have to buy, beg, steal or borrow one then, there's no other way, that's it. Don't you have any sort of tech or computer shop near you?
