FTP server through 4G

Guys

i want to make an ftp server on my nexus available through the 4G radio - yes, so that the public internet can reach it

I tried both rapfox ftp server and SwiFTP but can't connect to either of them through the internet

Anybody had luck? My phone is rooted

Your carrier likely does not give you a public internet ip, mine, AT&T doesn't. It will be a 10. something or a 192.168 soemthing. Not connectable from the internet.
