Hello, I've been using an FTP server app to transfer music and videos o my android, usually at 250+ KB/s. Today I did a factory reset and encrypted my tablet. Now FTP speeds are about 55 KB/s
Does encryption really slow it down that much? The only other difference is I have avast installed now, but it was still slow after I disabled avast
What could be causing this slow transfer? I did a test at speed test.net and get 4.33Mbps which is my isp's limit so the internet connections seem fast. I'm still using the same FTP server/client as last time as well
