Full Android/Exchange Sync

Currently I am able to search (under contacts) and find my corporate contacts. However, wondering if there is a way to have all of the corporate contacts show up under contracts without searching every time and also have it push out updates to the employee cell phones from the exchange server. Right now if one employee calls another employee, each using their cell phones, the employee name will not show up, just the phone number.

I have tested it on a Droid 4, Droid Mini and Samsung Galaxy S4. Wireless carrier is Verizon.

I run two applications on my Windows workstation that sync Outlook contacts and schedules to/from Google. Google then syncs the contacts and schedules to/from three phones (one activated and two not activated).

All of the gmail accounts are the same and are different from the Outlook account.
