Help Full Battery Beep During the Night

During the night while charging my battery once it gets to 97% it sends out a loud beep and the screen lights up.
It does it again at 98%, 99%, and 100%.
Very aggravating in the middle of the night.
Has anyone else had this issue - any possible solutions?
 
What carrier/version of GS3 do you have? I'm on Verizon and have not experienced this nor can I find any settings to cause it (possibly Talkback could do this if you have it activated). Maybe an app that you have installed?
 
I probably would have slept right through it but I've never noticed this when charging my device during the day... I am running an AT&T GS3.
 
I had this problem with my Galaxy Fascinate. It isn't a big deal to fix. On the Fascinate it was in the sounds options...where you would change your ringtones and stuff. There is an option for battery full notification. Just turn it off.

Now that may have changed to be honest. I use an S3 on Verizon and it doesn't beep when fully charged. Hopefully AT&T didn't force it, because I know how annoying that gets at night. I used to think I was getting messages at night and when I went to check them I just ended up disappointed to see that I woke up for nothing.
