full network access

So,i found on youtube an private server that i can install only from internet,not google play,and the application requires full network access...I don't know if i should install or no,because im scared that full network access means that the application can use my wifi,turn on when is turned off and like this...

Installing applications from sites other than Google Play (or the Android App Store) can be a risky business. As many of them are infected with malware, so its really not to be advised.
