Full screen Apps not working

Is anybody recently experiencing that the full screen apps are not working even though they are toggled on.

not sure what you mean by "full screen" apps as well as "toggled on"? why are they not working? do you get an error? force closes? which apps are we talking about?

the more details we have the better we can help.
