Full screen caller id?

Is it possible to have a full screen picture show as caller ID on the galaxy s5 without a 3rd party app? The default picture is a tiny square in front of the same blurred picture. Thanks for anyone's help.

I toyed around with this a little and it seems like the contacts app uses the small image when the image is... well... small. A contact with a large photo (on Google+ or Facebook, for example) will display full screen.

What I have needed to do on some of the contacts, is to actually remove the image from Google contacts (96 pixels square) and it automatically grabs one from one of the other linked contacts.

There doesn't seem to be a nice/obvious way to just tell the contacts app to prefer high-res images or to always use pictures from G+ or FB instead of Google Contacts.

By default android does not sync full high-res pictures (for what ever reason) I don't know how to do it without a 3rd party app ( well easily) the app I have always used is ubersync (for facebook)

other than that you can go in and edit each individual contact and change their picture to a high-res picture, and then the callerid screen will show the full sized image, it will also look much nicer in the individual contact page itself
