Help Fully Flashed to Verizon (DIAG WORKING)

If anybody wants any info on how to get, qpst to recognize phone, so phone wont reboot, post here on this thread. ill will be writing a tutorial later, when im on spring break, on how to fully flash phone and get qpst to read phone its not..

open cdma 2.7
connect to phone
go to security tab
send spc "MSL"
send 16 digit pass (2012112120131219)
close cdma ws (dont disconnect phone from cdma ws shop just close the application)
read it with qpst
i cudnt get to work with dfs

let me know

For MEID restore I need to use DFS or CW, and in both phone reboots on its own.

Follow the instructions i gave u and use QXDM to write meid.
i will not discuss how to write MEID on forum since its goes against the rules, but u can always look it up..(GOOGLE) jejejeje QXDM MEID WRITing
or i can fix for you via TEAM VIEWER if your interested

I have done Meid " restore " several times on many different devices so its not new to me,
But this phone is pissing me off!
