fully wipe phone and mem card

hey guys,

as per tittle i want to completely wipe my phone of everything on it, i know i can re-install 2.1 but i also want to format the memory card, im getting the htc dhd and my daughter wants my x10 so i really need to make sure everything is off the phone and memory card, but when looking under memory it wont let me format the memory card,

is there a way of me to do this,

In Menu>Settings>SD Card & phone storage settings, you have to unmount the SD card and then the Format SD card tab below it becomes accessible. I'm not going to press buttons any further than that, but assume this is what you need!
