I am not having any of those problems, but if you have rooted the phone (as I have not), there may be other suggestions besides mine.
1) Power the phone down and remove the battery for 30 seconds, then re-insert the battery and power back up.
2) Check any apps you have loaded that may have recently updated. Go to the Play Store and check the comments section to see if other users are having similar problems with a particular app. I had an app that updated and caused me to lose access to my contacts (a HUGE problem making the phone useless for outgoing calls and texts). After multiple factory resets and re-loading apps one at at a time, I isolated the problem to one app. Multiple users had noted the problem in the comments section of the app in the Play Store.
3) If that does not help, factory reset the phone, which will cause you to lose any loaded apps, messages, settings, etc. See step 4 first.
4) Call Virgin Mobile and describe the problem to them. They will probably have you do steps 1 and 3. If that does not fix the problem, see if they will replace the phone, even if it is out of warranty.
Having the service go bad is one thing, the phone restarting itself is another, and indicates to me the phone is the problem.
I recommend that you make a list of all the apps you have loaded, note any settings you may need to remember, and move any pictures and music to a micro SD card BEFORE you do a factory reset or get a replacement phone.
Good luck!
