Every time I drove through PA I sat in huge backups because of roadwork. I never did figure that out because, well, the roads there are awful. Not that all of the roads here are in good shape but really, those PA roads...!!!

In Wisconsin we are America's largest orange road construction barrel storage facility. Out of the barrels we actually use they are mostly used to keep you from driving on any good pavement if they find it
