Both have their places...if you put MW on a baloney sandwich, likely you’ve escaped from the booby hatch. But a bit of MW with tuna is really tasty. (I admit I could be biased, it’s how my grandma made it and still my preference. Still, it has to be just a little, it’s way too easy to overdo it with MW.)

Most folks I’ve learned are one or the other in this debate, and as with so many things, I’m middle of the road. (Please don’t remind me of Mr. Miyagi’s commentary...) ;)

This. MW exists for one thing and one thing only MEAT SALADS .. Tuna, Chicken etc. Otherwise MAYO all the way.

I'm late to the debate but wanted to chime in. All of my meat salads contain diced boiled eggs. The egg taste is enhanced with the use of Mayo in my opinion.

I have a jar of each in the fridge. My wife is a MW eater and I a mayo lover. I raised four children who had opportunity to use either. Four out of four chose to be mayo eaters.
I will say this in MW's behalf... I've been married 45 years now and for 45 years there has always been a jar of each in the fridge. I don't see that changing in the future.
