I was truly hoping that wasn't real... but it is. Considering that Breast Cancer Awareness has TWO months (February and October, one for each side, maybe), it seems to me that Brazil could have chosen a nice set of bewbies for a mascot. Maybe they do, since Señor Testiculo is only bringing awareness for testicular cancer. That's the #1 cancer of men aged 25-45... so why have a schoolgirl pose next to him???
