Yes, Brazil is one of those sensible countries where there are ground floors. Certain other countries have a mystifying floor numbering system where the numbers descend by one until they reach the first floor then descend by two to the basement (-1). Philosophers have spent centuries speculating over who might be living on the missing floor.

In the English language that 'T' would represent a "Terrace" level. A floor (at a midpoint) in-between two other floors, yet off to the side.
