Help Fusion Problem

Not sure if I should be posting this here or not, but I have a simple problem. I have the ATT U8652 Fusion and for some reason if I'm on the mobile browser or on any application my phone will vibrate when I receive a text, I'll go to the messaging app and it shows no new text messages. This only happens when I'm using an app. It's getting pretty annoying

So to be clear, you are reciving an actual text message. The messaging app does not see it if the phone is running another program.

What version of the Messaging app are you using? Have you recived any updates recently? Someone else on the board here is having a simular issue.

I have 2.3.4 already.
