Until I discovered that thread from earlier today, I thought it was the result of changes I had made yesterday, and spent several hours chasing a ghost. Hopefully it will be resolved soon, though it goes offline in 2 months anyway (for VoIP users of the service).

During the time of those posts I got a couple of calls through GV, so it must have been specific to a service or an area.

I think Hangouts were the largest victim of this outage, though I did see a few people mention GV problems as well.

Nobody calls me, so I wouldn't know about that last one

Seems to be okay now. My issue was with GrooVe IP signing in/out repeatedly, and unable to get a response on the Google Voice website.
