G, H and E signs on Internet

[Android Question]

When these are visible on the screen but not being used, is it using up some of my allowance for my 250mb all the time? Or is it only when it is downloading or being used for going online that it begins to be charged?

Hi

You only use data when down/up loading. If one of them is visible it just means that a data service is available and ready for use.
