Root g sensor is killing my battery

Hello! Are you using a custom ROM? What makes you think the accelerometer (G Sensor) is killing your battery? Usually this is a very low power sensor and should not effect battery life in that way.

I just have the stock rom, and in android tuner,battery stats the sensor was at .17 which was way higher than the rest, also i got an app that show the sensor working, and everytime i move the tablet the readings would go up almost like its on super sensitivity.
It is always going to be active. It is designed to monitor all motion, including orientation. This is normal behavior for any device. I would download gsam battery monitor and see what is using so much battery.

Ok thanks for the confirmation, must just be my battery, it doesnt hold much of charge.
