Help [G1] Disabling All data charge connections

Hi all,

I recently rooted my G1 with cyangenmod 4.2.15.1, DRC83

I only use the phone for phone calls/text/music

I wanted to disable Edge/3g/2g.

I went to mobile networks nd disabled 3g but in doing that it enables 2g(edge).

How do i get rid of these connections? I do not want to pay or purchase for app (apndroid)

Please help; as edge auto connects Thanks

Dial *#*#4636#*#* call~
Phone information>>Select WCMDA only (gsm default)>>Press Menu button>>>More>>Disable data connects >>>Disable Data on boot

Enjoy data less smart phone service now for those who wish use it without a plan
