G1 with broken screen--two quick questions

Hey,

Two quick questions for the experts:

1) From the photo below, does it look like my G1's touchscreen is broken or does it look like my G1's LCD display is broken?
2) What would be the cheapest way to fix this? I'm in the U.S. I got a new phone. Therefore, I consider selling my used and unlocked G1 after fixing the screen. If it's worth the trouble...

I think the touchscreen and lcd screen are both in the same part together.
find someplace that fixes phones and ask them how much to fix it.
or you search for a replacement screen (i think I saw one on ebay before for very cheap) and you can do it yourself
