Help G4 and Periscope

Hi guys, had my G4 for about a week now and only today tried periscope, but it won't load any broadcasts! I ve tried numerous locations, but nada......tried reinstalling periscope, nothing! I can choose any broadcast, but it sits on the blurred screen with "loading" top left, and that's it!
Anyone else having this problem? And , more to the point, has anyone got a fix?

Ok, let me make it easier........is anyone with an LG g4, and on Virgin network, managing to use periscope without any problems?
