I just got my G4 and i'm having trouble with the Bluetooth pairing. I have a 2011 sonata and I can pair it fine but my it won't download my phone book, also when I have it dial a number it drops people. I got a Bluetooth stereo that won't pair with it keep getting a bad passkey or id number. These all worked fine with my G3 and had no trouble. Anybody else having this problem? Does anybody know of a fix coming up for this?

I found out that the Samsung s6 does the same thing. After a call to Pioneer for the car radio I got that fixed. After a call to Hyundai and T-mobile I got nothing from them. I downloaded a program called Auto Bluetooth and that seemed to help straighten it out. Now I can call from my Sonata , it seemed to have straighten out the connection I'm so happy.

My wife and I both have the new LG G4 and both of us have been having pairing issues. I just found out where the issue lies. (At least for her 2014 Kia Rondo and my Motorola Roadster II Bluetooth.) Check you settings under Smart Settings - When connected to bluetooth. Make sure it says CALL for the app. If it has anything else for the app it will not make a call. Oh one more thing after you make the change unpair your phone from your vehicle and unpair your vehicle from the phone. Then start the pairing of your phone to your vehicle. That worked for my wifes Rondo to download the contacts. Hope this helps. ☺

This recently started happening, when I turn Bluetooth off on my LG G4, the phone reverts to the LG Life's Good screen, and freezes there for about a minute. It is almost like a restart. It says that I have no signal, and I have to start all over again when I try to resume what I had previously been doing on the phone - like retype a search, etc. Is anyone else having this problem?
