Root Gained Root access how to uninstall bloatware

Hi I have gained root access to my device. When I try to removed some of the MetroPCS apps, they just reappear.

How do I remove from root?

This is not the same process as uninstalling through the Google playstore correct?

Thanks for any help.

Try Titanium Backup. Freeze them first, so if the phone acts funny without them you can defrost them. If you have no problem after a week or so, uninstall them.

Newbieish question: I simply chose "Disabled" for many of the bloatware apps in under the App Manager. Is this adequate? Is there any advantage to Titanium Backup vs this method?

Also, if anyone is interested, I can list all the bloatware I disabled on this phone.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know but I found another solution also.

Clean Master (Cleaner) - Free

Code:

If your phone is rooted will let you uninstalled all preinstalled apps from the phone. Even like the Google stuff that I didn't need. I deleted stuff like Maps, lol.

The only thing is if you reformat the phone you don't get any of the stuff the carrier put on their which I guess you really didn't want in the first place.

After choosing "disabled" for most of the metropcs and google bloatware, Antutu benchmarks went from ~9600 to ~14000. Phone feels a wee bit snappier as well.
