Root Galaxo 1.6.2 - but what firmware?

I'm running galaxo 1.6.2 which i installed on my phone running firmware XII5. Since the update I've noticed my phone very laggy and getting FC's all the time. From doing some reading, shouldnt the update have installed JC6 ? Is it my current firmware version the reason for my phones issues ? Do I need to Odin JC6 ?

yes you need to odin jc6 before flashing 1.6.2...

OK, just flashed JC6 - went ok. Now to just see how the phone operates...

it is possible to flash only phone part with odin, but i think your laggs and force closes came from a missing wipe somewhere...

OK, i'll bare that in mind should it not resolve after flashing JC6. Thanks for the tip.
