Root Galaxo and built in Samsung modem

Yesterday, I have installed the galaxo v1.1. and I say well done and greetings to Drakaz and others which was involved in rom creation.
But i have one problem. I used my galaxy as modem for pc and all worked greats untill I installed galaxo rom.
Now I can not conect to internet trough PC.
I have try to query modem but modem dont responding. Error message is:

     The modem failed to respond. Make sure it is properly connected and turned on. If it is an internal modem or is connected, verify that the interrupt for the port is properly set.

Can anyone tell where is problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved,

I`ve installed galaxhero rom and my modem now work.
i supose that problem was beacuse galaxo have lighter kernel and some option are disabled.

Good to hear.. just out of interest what to do you use to dial. Do you use the built in windows dialer or have a better option.

I am using a windows dialer, but in modem extra initialization command I put my APN:
+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "yourAPN"
