Help Galaxy 10.1 and Mac Help

I'm getting sick and ****ing tired of this piece of shit tablet. It worked fine out of the box with my mac with the android.com/filetransfer client.

But the other day someone at work noticed it was android 3.1 and went ahead and updated it for me to 3.2. Now it won't work with the file transfer client and I can't even get the device to be recognized by my computer.

Is there a way to get rid of the update and have 3.1 again? Otherwise I have no way of using this tablet at all. I use it to watch downloaded shows/movies at work so I'm constantly transferring up to 10 gigs at a time every week or so.

Sorry for your trouble, but I think your anger is misdirected. Your coworker needs to be taught to keep his hands off other people's stuff. As to the issue at hand... I don't know how invested you are in apps and customization, but a factory reset (Settings > Privacy) will take you back to v3.1. GL!
