Help Galaxy 3 running slow after Jelly Bean Update

Hello everyone I just downloaded the Jelly Bean update on my Galaxy 3 from sprint. I did this about 6 days ago. Since then everything is running slower. I go to text and the letters take about 3 sec to pop up. Everything is just running slow. Can anyone help???

I had a few problems after the update so I factory reset the phone and it sorted it out back up everything up so you can reinstall

You will probably notice that the MAIN things that are laggy when you update to Jellybean is when you go into the dialler / contacts, there seems to be a bug in the upgrade process for it.

If you plug into Kies, export all of your contacts and delete them, then import them back you shouldn't have any issues.

This has worked on two devices for me, hope it helps anyone else in the future (I couldn't actually find a fix for it online)

Same as here but i just restart the phone and it works little bit more fine
