Help Galaxy 3 WIFI not connecting

Hello everyone

I have just upgraded to the G3 and today I attempted to connected to a WIFI network for the 1st time.

I have selected the network I need, and entered the password, but it does not connect, in the top right hand corner is says "connecting" and the network I selected says "Saved, Secured". The password is 100% correct as I have just connected another device to it.

Can anyone help, or shall I contact Samsung? Thanks

OK, I can connect to the gyms WIFI, I just downloaded a software update. Im back at work now and cant connect to works WIFI, but now I get the Authentication error occurred message. Two of my colleagues have S3s and are connecting fine.

Any ideas? Thanks

You may need to get the Admin at work to help you get it connected.
