Root Galaxy 7 Wifi Tab Not Booting

Hello,
I recently attempted to root my galaxy tablet.

I used Odin1.7 and inserted a PDA file following a guide online.
I clicked start, and the tablet just stopped working.

I can only get into download mode, or this other mode
which has a cellphone and a computer with a lightning sign.

I've been searching online for hours on how to fix this issue,
but I can't find any straight solution with proper English.

Please help!

Go here, download a standard firmware and flash it.
