Help Galaxy 8.9 question before I buy it

Hi Readers,
After exhaustive researching Tablets, I *think* I'm gonna get the Galaxy 8.9. However, I've yet to read a definitive answer to this - I'd like to use the BBC iPlayer on it, BUT I've read somewhere that Flash Player will not be supported soon. If I can't watch bbc iPlayer on it, then I may as well just carry on with my Laptop.

You are correct, it will not let me view the site. However, I have the 8.9 tablet with the latest update which is Android ICS 4.0 and have no problem viewing flash content.

BBC iplayer works fine and the flash app is still available. Also the BBC are working on a new player that works without flash.
