And just an fyi that link is not for a custom rom. it is for a firmware for your phone. Did you flash the right firmware for your country?

Try re-downloading a stock ROM from here:

Be sure to select the appropriate ROM, they are not interchangeable with each other. Choose the one that's an exact match for your phone and your carrier. The hardware configuration inside each phone has to correspond with the various carriers' cellular network, and the ROM for each has to match that hardware. Updato is a good source for valid, stock, Samsung ROMs. Just in case the ROM you tried previously might have been inadvertently corrupted during the download process, try it again.
If the ROM itself turns out to not be the issue, try uninstalling the Odin utility, restart the PC, and reinstall Odin. You can download it from here:

Also, are you plugging your A6 into a USB hub? Sometimes it's better to plug it directly into a USB port on your PC instead of a USB hub (not as big an issue for USB hubs powered by an external power adapter but often an issue with hubs powered only by the USB port itself). Another issue to look at is using a good USB cable, getting a good USB cable doesn't cost much and alleviates a lot of those random issues that pop up when using those lessor quality, bargain-priced cables.
